When using the WWVB features of the Atomic Clock, please select the correct time zone before RCC search. Ensure your location can successfully receive the time signal by placing the clock in an open place or near a window with good signal. Avoid placing the device within 3.28 feet of sources of interference such as TVs, computers, microwaves, or radios. Closed areas like airports, basements, and factories with reinforced concrete walls are not recommended. If the RCC time signal is not received successfully, you can cancel the radio reception and set the time manually. Extreme weather, weak signal, or other disturbances may cause the clock to receive the wrong time signal.

Atomic clocks are extremely accurate timekeepers. Most atomic clocks in North America use WWVB's transmissions to set the correct time automatically. The NIST broadcasts the time signal (WWVB,60KHz) continuously from Fort Collins, Colorado, and the atomic clock has a built-in RCC receiver for automatic synchronization.

The digital wall clock package includes the Atomic Clock (14.2"×9.4"×1.2"), a Wireless Outdoor Sensor (1.57"×4.09"×1.02"), and a User Manual. Batteries are not included.

The large atomic clock can be used as a wall clock or a desktop clock, powered by 4 AA batteries (not included) for the clock and 2 AAA batteries (not included) for the sensor.

The atomic wall clock automatically synchronizes itself with the WWVB radio broadcast by the US Government's National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) in Fort Collins, Colorado, and updates the time, week, and calendar automatically.
